Bad Service and even worse food

<p>So yesterday was valentines day, and the hubby and myself decided to go to De'ma in gateway.</p> <p> </p> <p>get there and get seated, once we decide what we are eating the waitress tells us the food will take between 30-40 mins to prepare, we still went ahead and ordered,</p> <p> </p> <p>when the food arrived, (prawn breyani) from the burnt smell we already knew something was wrong,</p> <p>anyways we dished out and tasted the food and it happened to be extremely bland, its like they mixed rice n sauce with fried prawns and called it a breyani.</p> <p> </p> <p>so we complained about it, the owner comes to us with quite a bad attitude throughout our conversation,</p> <p>and the waitress admits she was wrong and profusely apologises for not asking if the dish needed to be hot mild or medium,</p> <p> </p> <p>the owner insists it was my fault as i did not state what type of dish i wanted (hot,mild,medium), we did not appreciate the bad attitude of the owner and the lies that was spoken about how popular prawn dish was, instead of taking that off the bill she insisted she would just not do that.</p> <p> </p> <p>so we ended up paying for the pathetic food and walking out,</p> <p> </p> <p>when i brought it home i made my family tatse it aswell and they were disgusted.</p> <p> </p> <p>really pathetic De'ma you guys should close down and allow for a better restaraunt to open up.</p>
