Yhe staff is rude, *********** and unprofessional

Yhe staff is rude, *********** and unprofessional. I am currently renting with De Lucia and the owner is selling the apartment. I am receiving communication from another agent which is not De Lucia and they want to view the flat. I got uncomfortable and sent 2 emails to De Lucia regarding this issue since they didn't inform me. They responded on the last email saying they will engage with the owner and get back to me. I haven't received any confirmation since. When I called them today for the confirmation a lady by the name of Tiffany from Kempton Park was really rude and there was no need for that. I only raised my concerns to her and she also hung up on me.
