Worst Rental Agency

I just bought a property managed by Delucia Property and its been terrible. The're manipulating my property bill and its disgusting. Recently my statement came with a R1200 extra cost and was told there was water licking. They don't even inform you of what the issue is you just see it in your bill, im so disappointed.<br> How does common property electricity move from R34 to R319 in a month. what tha **** changed over 30 days.<br> I'm so disappointed by their service when you query such issues you don't even get help.<br> <br> If property could be sold over a night, i would definitely sell mine.<br> <br> DISSAPOINTED!!!<br> <br> <br>
