We are being mistreated

Today I was informed by some lady to take my clean bin and put it inside my unit. Like really???? What happens to all the things we ask from you and you can't do them. I'm sorry but my bin is not going inside my flat due to hygene purposes. And if it bothers you please come and clean the main dustbin area by the gate since the flies are all over the place.
