I have a house in jhb brakpan which this agency rents out on my behalf, however since they have been my agent I haven't received any feedback pertaining to my house, they never do home visits so they have no ****en idea what the place looks like, they have left it so long that the tenant got up to his own things and currently the house is in a state, the reason I'm ****ed is because the agency allowed the tenant to get away with what ever. They even broke into the house a very long while ago and I was never told about it and I have been paying insurance on the house. I feel this agency should reimburse me for the damages they failed to pick up as that's what I feel is the duty of an agent , to actually do work and not just collect money for doing **** all.

I apologise for my language but I just feel the agency is in big fault and they have a nerve to tell me I should claim from my insurance now which means they want me to do *****. They also blame the tenant for not reporting things but come on if an agent isn't serious about what there job suppose TO be and do the necessary due diligence , how could they expect the tenant to report it as he can see they not cared.

I am truely upset and I hope that people out there will think again before doing business with Delucia Group.
