Tenant didn't sign contract and is subletting

<p>De Lucia Properties, Kempton Park act as my rental agent for a flat that I own. They never got the tenant to sign the rental contract. No communication about faults list when previous tenant left and no work to fix faults. No faults list from tenant after occupancy and upon inspection of property, I find three subletting individuals in flat. After raising complaints with De Lucia - to date no communication. </p>
