Rental agents don't only care about their rent.

Good day I signed a rental agreement with Sherlock homes in 2017 with the agreement that I will pay rental and water and lights. When De Lucia toon over they communicated change of back details and introduced themself as new management. I never received anything else since they took over around September 2019. This year the first statement I received from them was showing that there was an increase on my rental from last year which I am already behind because no communication happened to reach a new agreement. And to top that up I now need to pay for levies and security fees which was not on my initial agreement when I signed with Sherlock as these were for the owner. I have raised my consen with the urgent and all he could say is you pay or give notice.

I would like anyone that is looking to go on a rental to consider dealing with the owners as these agent change anytime and have no regard for the customer, it's their way or the highway.

I have not received anything except another bill even this month my issues are just ignored.
