Poor service & management

<p>De Lucia is the management agent for the complex I live in, which requires a fair amount of maintenance but when following up to find when it will be done no one returns any phonecalls or emails from any of the trustees. </p> <p>It is poorly managed with no communication from anyone as to when painting and maintenance of the complex will commence. </p> <p> </p>
