POOR SERVICE

<p>I previously requested to make an arrangement for the arrears on my levies however I was advised to pay in a full amount which I cannot afford up until my electricity was disconnected</p> <p>I sent an email today and requested to make an arrangement however they are still insisting that I pay the full amount plus R1000 in order for them to re connect my electricity</p> <p>The complex does not offer safe security for residents and it's in a very bad condition but we are charged R1355 for levies</p>
