Sept 2015, We received a later from Judy saying we need to paint our unit gate with complex colours and R120 Admin fee will be added to account, We acknowledged and painted as requested. My husband then asked for clarity on the admin fees because it didnt make sense to us. Judy answer was \It is Admin fee"we then rep**** yes we understand admin fees but we dont understand for what. we made follow up monthly without paying R120 but oaying for other rates. it took her 3 months to clarify but 1 day to add penalties to our account. <br> <br> What a pathetic service."""
