<p>Me: "Universe, you have such a great sense of humour". Universe: "Why is that?" Me: "Because I've sent De Lucia 3 emails over the course of 3 weeks wanting to get a very simple question answered, and I haven't received one response. 2 emails went to Daisy and 1 to their general address. What pathetic service" Universe:"But what's funny about that?" Me:"When I came to Hello Peter to log a complaint about their inability to respond, I see that they are a business that doesn't respond!!! Haha, I should have just come to Hello Peter and not wasted my time" Universe"LOL!"</p>
... and the universe said unto me"I shall deliver unto thee, someone who wil come to your rescue and provide you with an answer!", and an email appeared in my gmail mailbox from Chris at Delucia, with an answer and explaining that Daisy no longer worked at De Lucia. I responded to Chris, thanking him and pasting the link to this review to show him how his actions had changed the course of history ... forever!
