No help is being provided

De lucia group is extremely ******...our duplex at The Parks on 148 Monument Avenue is not secure. Every other duplex is safe because they have a gate,we do not. My mother is here throughout the day and the workers just walk into our yard all the time when she is in the kitchen...they are only supposed to come cut the grass once a week yet they come every day and laze around in our yard and it's not right,we have complained to the supervisor,Hennie,and we have spoken to Julie in de lucia properties and no help was given and still nothing is being done. I.AM.DONE.WITH.THIS.PLACE!!!!!
