No deposit refund till now

I moved out of the rented property(16 Sun Gardens) on 2nd Dec 2015 and till now I have not received my deposit back. No feedback, have been promised to be called every time I called by different agents, Martie, Petro and till now I have not heard a thing. How pathetic is that. Was told the owner was on holiday and it's now a full week since the owner is back and there's still nothing. I want my deposit back today. Have been patient enough. What more did u want us to do.
