No Contract

Dear Sir/madam,<br> <br> I moved into shandon mews, kenleaf last year FEB 2014 My Rent was 3780.00 a year later which I understand my rent went up by 7.2% the next year.so then paid 4050.00. This year which I know is not correct as I got some expert advice my rent went up by 13.6% so my rent was now 4600.00 a month. I habded in 15 days notice as i could not afford to stay there. And I was told I need to pay for May 2015. But my rent for May 2015 was paid n the 25th April 2015. I handed in my notice on the 15May 2015 to vacate premises on the 1st june 2015.<br> I signes a 6 months lease with de Lucia on the 11Feb2015. I never renewed another contract. <br> So please educate the staff @ de Lucia Brakpan as they keep on saying read your contract that contract came to an end in July 2014. The rental on that contract is R3780.00 so of that is the case of going back to old contract which I Nil and void why must I pay rent of R4600 if my contract says 3780.00.<br> I do request a breakdown on outstanding monies due to me I have sent esmaralda several emails and she responds who are you. When my heading states 6 Shandon mews. Youyr lady in the accounts dept is absolutely rude no manners. Call me ***
