INCORRECT STATEMENTS

<p>I bought my unit a year ago in Noordwyk. I've have never had any joy with De Lucia as a body corporate. At first, I did not know who was the body corp of the complex we reside in. I received an sms saying my levies are in arrears. I called the agent who sold me the property and asked who the body corp was, on which he advised. After that, the body corp would send statements late and charge me interest. 8 months into me living here, i received a letter under my door telling me of the additional insurance which i felt is something i should have known about when I started paying levies to them. Now my statement came to R1968.26. My unit is a 1 bedroom and i always pay my accounts on time. I'm so frustrated and so tired of the way this body corporate is treating me as an owner. Can someone urgently please fix this mess? If you, De Lucia have issues with me, why don't you just address it with me? When i query my statements, they are so rude. what do you want me to do? keep my mouth shut and just pay? this is not fair to me. The service is staff is pathetic. I'm so tired of this</p>
