From 13 April until today De Lucia didnt refund my money of my deposit of water and lights.

<p>I sold my unit at 6 Nerina Mews Esther Park, it is from the 13 of April on the new owner's name. My lawyer sent to them an email to ask them to refund me but no replys back and my wife contact them several times about the Deposit and the rest of the water and light. Everytime they say they are busy with it and they will come back to us with it. </p>
