Feedback Please

I have been living in Pamula park for almost 2 years now. 6 months after living there i was away on holiday and received my 1st noise disturbance complaint. i told the agent i was away and never received any apologies. since i have had month on month penalties because my dog barks too much, after i have other residents come and throw water at her. I refused to pay the penalties and when i got home last week wednesday to find they had switched off my elelctricity. not only is this ******* as i am uptodate with my utilities i still have received no feedback or an apology. I am going legal and have asked for the trustees details and again to my \surprise"no feedback. Yesterday again i got a call with regards to my dog barking"
