Exorbitant fee of R150 for an automated email

Delucia charges exorbitant fees for an account which is current as they never received payment within 7 days, but was received on the 8th I requested copies of documents where I agreed to be charged R150 for an automated email for the fees and they refuse to give them to me. I am not in arrears, I am current, I am not even 30 days, i am within the 1st week. Surely this is not allowed. I will did deeper, its no wonder there are messages on the group saying nobody pays levies. **************** on fees needs to stop
