Disgraceful

Good day people this is so embarrassing for a owner of the Oakwood complex we have a managing agent running our complex into a circus, they allow other owners to bring people on here with firearms and nude age drinking and rapping and they instead nominate these people as trustees . Thus us when you have to be concerned not only for your kids but for the environment they are faced with. Then you find trustees that call your family names because they cannot man up . This all goes through the managing agent Dr Lucia. We have electricity refunded to one owner how was.it signed off by who, no response. You ask for the paperwork on a paint project of a million rand no paperwork. What is going on with the rest of the owners don't they look at the financials. We open in a deficit people we need our books audited. It's our investments we are leaving to tenants. Another disturbing fact is tenants are on board and they get kick backs from workers and maintenance guy, nothing gets done about this even though you go to the offices for a meeting. A disgrace.
