Delucia takes customers service seriously

I had a recent incident where I was not happy with the service/feedback that I was receiving and the matter was escalated to one of the directors. The director immediately contacted me and provided me with a detailed explanation of the issue together with an action plan of how the matter will be resolved. I was also provided with ongoing feedback until the matter was resolved shortly after. I would like to commend the management of Delucia as it is clear that customer service is a high priority to them.
