De Lucia Kempton Park

I have been dealing with De lucia group for a week now and their service is really pathetic starting with the receptionist in Kempton Park office with a sqeaky voice , I have been asking them to prepare a simple remote for my tenant , and extra one as the tenant has family, they said it will be fixed but still not till today, Portia got my message and email , Amelia too but nothing was done , my tenant is always asking the security guys to open for him and they are really horrible as well , their boss too . I have asked De lucia people to arrange access for my tenant while we still sorting the security issues out, still nothing happened , I don't know what to do anymore , the service of de lucia people is really appalling. I don't what they do the whole day in the office. Luckily am selling my unit and thank God I will not have to deal with *********** people like that.
