Bad service

I live in a complex that is managed by de Lucia, Last year I reported that there is a damp wall on the higher part of my kitchen, I suspected that the neighbors above me had a leaking pipe. A guy came through and looked at my wall and that was it.

No action has been taken, I dont understand why we should be paying these people for no service.

Now i reported my geyser not working on Wednesday at 8.30 am, its now Friday night and still no one has followed up on my complaint.
