Bad disgusting treatment by the caretakers

I got a warning that all tenants must put their dustbins inside their apartments then i removed mine. But this month I'm surprised I have a fine for 650 for the dustbin, like really??? We have the most cruelest care takers, they use emotions to fix the problems. Last month my laundry was ****** and we have a security guard that we are paying R300 every month I told the care takers and they told me that the security is not there to guard my laundry but to guard the cars, how stupid. The fine for the dustbin I'm not going to pay, fix me however, this time you've taken it far, if that is how you chow people's money, then you are on the wrong lane. I removed my dustbin immediately after the email we received now I get a fine. Lately we are not allowed to put our mops outside otherwise it's a fine, is this Sandton or Houghton???? I don't even know the person who nominated these ****bags to be care takers, they must fight for us not fight us. They use emotions and its disgusting. I've heard enough and I'm moving out.
