Admin fees and charges

Property managers in general aren't the most reliable bunch of people but these guys take the cake! Every complaint (nothing more that a correspondence) they send to the residence has an admin fee of R150 attached to it. Regardless if is a warning complaint or a actual fine that's being imposed.

This opens the floodgates for residence to lodge complaints against each other for no specific or valid reason. A "Tit for a Tat" and being forced to pay an admin fee even when there is no fine that needs to be paid.
