Accountability?

We have a major electricity crisis in our complex. Lightning hits us regularly. My TV and dstv were hit. Communal dish was hit. Lights are shorting out. Veranda floods with water causing a dam and comes into the house. No one wants to take any responsibility! 7 Dunhurst, Benoni.
