Disappointed service from de la rosa spa in Queensburgh

I purchased a 2 hour couple treatment online that was on promotion n made a booking for the 14 April 2024. When i get to the spa everything was locked no sign to say the owner had a emergency that the reason or notify the client via watsup that the spa is closed. I tried calling the owner number n sending watsup messages i got no responds. When i tried calling from a different number a person responded n said they will get to me becaused i asked for refund. I m still waiting for a respond about my refund. It such a disappointment.
