I made a booking for a particular voucher, which was intended as part of a birthday gift. The owner was only interested in the money being paid and pressured and rushed me for payment. Once payment was done, the owner did not call to confirm the appointment nor did she say if funds have cleared. It seems as if she was only after the money and not customer satisfaction. She did not mention any specific time for the appointment as her fixation was only on the payment. As a result, there was zero birthday gift from this entity as she received my payment and did jack **** to confirm my appointment. De la Rosa spa is useless and managed like rogues.
