I saw her adverti*****t, referred family that was visiting for Christmas, what an absolute nightmare! The trend is that the owner of DeLarosa spa, Deidre Manuel , advertises a "special" at these enticing low prices, demands immediate payment then cancels your appointments at the last minute due to extenuating circumstances like all her staff resigning on the day or the lack of water or electricity. Your appointment never gets rescheduled in the 3 months your voucher is valid for and she hides behind a "no refund" policy, ignores calls and messages. When discussed on neighborhood group chats, it was discovered this has been going on for over a year now yet she still confidently sends out broadcast messages with her specials. Be warned, she and her husband are ****mers. She is extremely rude and chances of getting your money back are slim to none.
