I booked a spa session with Deidre Manuel from De la Rosa (Doa Association) shortly after making payment I then made a booking for Sunday the 7th of April. On the day of my massage I confirmed my booking again and Deidre had advised that due to no water they will not be able to operate, Deidre Manuel was unable to assist me with a rebooking at which I done research and got hold of the Johannes branch manager which is Chemise Naidoo at which she advised she’s disgusted in how I was dealt with as the Johannesburg has closed down and she is no longer part of the organisation, she tried assisting me to the best of her ability where she connected me with Susan, who never assisted me with the refund. Chemise then advised I contact her brother Ricardo Manuel who is Deidre’s husband. Ricardo have been giving me the run around since the 15th April . Hello Peter! Please assist me in getting my refund .
