Louise Van Vurren is the worst agent
Good day On the 11/03/2026 a Louise Van Vuuren contacted me concerning my outstanding payment She had never committed with me. The following email was sent to her as she did not CC her boss in the email she sent me with regards to communication that she was liable of not briefing me on the terms and conditions of contract that I signed and nothing was done about it,and till still have not received the request information. I cried my lungs out and she couldn’t care less I am writing to formally raise my concerns regarding the communication I have received on my matter. I recently learned about the fees that I was expected to pay, including the amounts deadlines, which were never clearly communicated to me in advance. Additionally, I did not receive the signed documents that I should have been provided, nor was any explanation or apology offered for this oversight. This lack of communication has placed me in a very difficult position, and I am extremely dissatisfied with how the matter has been handled. At the very least, I should have been informed in a timely manner so I could prepare financially or make suitable arrangements. 1. A clear explanation of why the required information and signed documents were not shared with me earlier. 2. A written outline of all fees. 3. Reasonable time or an alternative arrangement to settle the amount, considering the delays were not caused by me. I expect this matter to be addressed
