Property ****** operating in Edenvale, Bedfordview ( Villa Abrosia) Kempton Park
<p>I moved in into a unit owned by De Klerk Trio developments in June 2015, i found the add fr the property on Private property via Property 100 Edenvale. When it was time for me to move out of the unit in March 2016 Jeanine de Vos ( De Klerk Trio representative) & Cornelius Johanness Hibbert De Klerk ( Company owner) accused me of vandalising the property, breaking the stove, floors, cabinets etc. Mr De Klerk went as far as calling me disgusting.</p> <p>As fate would have it his proof of what i had vandalized in the unit were photos taken in 2015 before i moved into the unit. Even after i pointed this out to them they refused to reimburse my deposit of R13 000. They also refused to share original municipality electricity bills with me. </p> <p> </p> <p> Stay Clear of De Klerk Trio Developments, Cornelius de Klerk, Jeanine de Vos & Property 100 Edenvale you will not get your deposit back & you will be accused of being disgusting & breaking things that dont belong to you. </p>

I am very sorry to hear of your displeasure with us and I pick up a lot of anger in your message. We have been very forthcoming with all the documentation and I am somewhat confused with all the accusations you are making. If the unit was handed over to us, as we handed it over to you, there would not have been a dispute but that did not happen, For one, we did not get all the keys back from you because you lost them. We had all the keys (in some cases the entire lock set) and remotes replaced because you never gave them to us, please let me know if you think it unfair that we charge you for this? You did not move your own furniture out but got a company to move you, the same as when you moved in. The movers left the unit in a dirty state and was never cleaned, amongst all the other issues, which we took pictures of. You say that you brought to our attention that the pictures that we have are not taken from when you vacated. This is the first we hear of this. All our pictures have dates on them just for this purpose, please let me know if you have any pictures of the unit in the condition it was in when you left and we can compare them. You demanded municipal accounts which was explained to you that we do not receive municipal accounts as the unit is in a complex, sectional title, and all accounts come from the Body Corporate. It is impossible to send you something we do not receive. When you gave notice you informed me that you are moving to Sunning Hill which was not the truth, I am not sure why you had to be *********, you have every right to move when your contract expires.
Please let me know how you would like to resolve this issue as we are at a loss, both out of pocket as well as words.

If you wanted to resolve anything you would have done so in March 2016, you have all my details. Stop pretending to want to resolve anything as i havent seen any money in my account nor email/ smas from you since you started ignoring my calls.
