WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR FOR FOOD

Last night we took our family for the burger special on Mondays at De Kelders in Mountain Mall Worcester. What a disappointment - First there was nobody to show us to a table stood in the doorway - 4 waitrons walk past us not even asking if we were helped yet-that should have been our first clue not to eat or try and eat there. Eventually someone asked if we were helped and shown us to a table. 10 min later the waitress comes and brings menu's-great I had to ask for a wine list that was not with the menu's - my children ordered milkshakes so long - and we waited and waited and waited by the time the milkshakes arrived they weren't even cold anymore what a disappointment again - so we ordered our bottle wine and our food. Waited waited and waited some more - an hour passed and still no food - my children were hungry , we were hungry. So we stood up paid our drinks bill and the lady that helped us at the till also confirmed that we were waiting very long as well. Why do De Kelder run a special and they are unable to give good service or any food for that matter.<br> We went next door to Stears and 10 min later we were eating.<br> Please explain to me
