Poor Customer Service - burnt steak

I haven't been to De Kelder in years and now I know why. I ordered a fillet well done which arrived \charcoaled". Every person at my table that ordered steak got theirs \""overdone\"" i.e. if they ordered medium it came well done. In other words I should have ordered medium to get well done. The really irritating part is that despite several attempts to indicate that I was not happy"
