Mothers day at De Kelder somerset west. Terrible service and undercooked food

<p>Our evening started at 5pm. Long after the mothers day rush and special hosted by this reaturant.</p> <p>1) The restaurant had 3 tables inside. So the waiter had no excuse to not be around and have who I'm assuming was the floor manager handle our table half way through.</p> <p>2) When the waiter did show up he got our order wrong not once, but twice.</p> <p>3) I had ordered a medium dekelder steak which arrived by the floor manager and was undercooked and ice cold (the only heat source the steak had was from the plate). It Had to be sent back In order to be cooked to medium, from super rare &nbsp;The cheese and bacon sauce over the steak was also ice cold. The saut&eacute;ed onions, well they were raw onions placed on the plate.</p> <p>4) As I've said before, only 3 tables inside, so regardless of the tables outside nothing justifies the terrible service and food we received for MOTHERS DAY.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Needless to say, for that price (which I might add isn't too cheap) &nbsp;you'll get better food and service almost anywhere els in the Helderberg.&nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>I would not recommend this resturaunt to anyone, nor will my family ever eat there again.&nbsp;</p>
