frozen food dirty oil bad customer service

De kelder plattekloof. Thank you for serving us frozen ribs and old chips fried in 2 day old oil. With a side of sarcasm from the manager and a dash of absolutely shocking service. When i complained that my ribs were frozen the manager told me that the ribs have been out laying in sauce since this morning (this is pork btw) and that there is absolutely no way that it could be cold or frozen. I dont know what their fridges are meant for but mine definetly keeps my food cold but then again the pork was never in the fridge. Thank you to Neels the manager for also pointing out that you only swap out your oil every two days! The manager was so sarcastic and when i told him i dont need it he also pointed out that he does not need freebies. I kindly told him with his attitude and ****py customer service he cant even afford a freebie. What more do you expect from a manager that orders his waiters to sort out the issues for him. ***ardous little manager takes one look at a young girl in her sivvies and imediatly concludes that i cant afford his food when he looks like he just fell out of bed. Verry disapointed in this rat hole of an old food place.
