De Kelder Staff - Platterkloof

This review goes to the Chef and the Bar Lady from De Kelders in Platterkloof. To the Chef, I have NEVER eaten such perfectly cooked calamari ever, which was then followed by their 300g ribs. The meat literally just fell off the bone and tasted like heaven. To the Bar Lady - how awesome to walk into the Bar and see an old face behind the bar, full of smiles and enthusiasm - not to mention she still remembered our usuals.

De Kelder - you have two excellent staff members - make sure to take care of them.
