De Kelder staff not informed, does not inform clients and 85 year old parents get treated badly as a result

We went to De Kelder, taking our parents for breakfast. We booked for them to have the pizza voucher special on the Thursday. We made arrangements with the waiter because we were going to be away for the day and we wanted our parents to treat their friends at affordable pensioner prices. On Thursday when the two old couples got there, they were told they could not use the vouchers on a public holiday. They were told to pay the full amounts. We went before the time to make sure that our 85 year old parents were booked and arrangements were made for them to have a special time and this is the poor service they received. Instead of making it special for them- which we asked for they were treated poorly. Terrible.
