De Kelder, Plattekloof. Perfection

When you walk through the door and the lady at the reception greets you so friendly, it already shows you this is a place where you can relax and enjoy great food. We were swiftly taken to our table. The table were sanitized in front of us. It is a nice cozy restaurant that caters for both grown up or kids. I had my SNOB burger which is absolutely amazing. It is a pure beef patty topped with avo, caramelized onions, camembert and cranberry sauce. The chips was made just the way i love it. Every ingredient was perfectly paired. My partner had the calamari strips, chips, pumpkin and spinach and the calamari was made to perfection. So soft that it melt in your mouth. This chef truly knows what he is doing. Our server was informative, passionate and attentive. The ambience really enhanced the experience. Absolutely going back soon for some more great food. You will not be disappointed!
