Poor service
Vechile was supposed to be finished in 3 working days as agreed on by them. On the day I was supposed to received the vehicle I was informed they broke the windscreen. And forgot to let me know or insurance company. 7 working days later and my vehicle is not done. No windscreen yet .

Your vehicle arrived with an aftermarket windscreen, and when we attempted to remove it, it broke. There is a protocol for dealing with windscreen damage. We reported this to the insurance company on Friday, and our workshop manager informed you on Monday. The provider verified that it received the claim on Monday. There was an issue with excess between the insurance company, the broker, and yourself, and the supplier put the claim on hold while this was resolved. The supplier then informed us that they were fully booked and could only fit the windscreen on Thursday.
I hope this helps clear up some of the confusion.
