Cheap repairs with Terrible workmanship

<p>My Renault Duster 1016 was in for repairs and De Jong instaed of replacing the plastic panels as supposed to, they sanded it down and resprayed it this is my opinion and of Renault. Now the paint is peeling off in 3 months and they do not wish to do a thing.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is after 8 months of struggling with them, I was waiting for 3 months for parts due to their bad order procedure and communication with Renault. after incorrect parts was fitted, work was done incorrectly and glue was all over my the car, paint was not the correct color did not match and now you can think the amount of time I had to give up for this. Cost I had for being without a car I am busy and working and when I missed a meeting they well take n guess. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have lost salaries due to De Jongs and Santam I have send them pictures of what they themself took to show how the car was before they worked on it and after but they denei it all please tell me how can i not tell the truth on the pictures they took when they received the car?</p> <p> </p> <p>Please do not go to De Jongs for repair unless you are personal friends with Dirk then you might be satisfied. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
