Out of Stock

De Jagers seem to battle with their stock estimations. Since they have the monopoly in town we are forced to go there for all our school clothing and they are always out of stock of and item. In the past 3 years I have never been able to walk in there and get everything that I need all at once. When asked when they will have stock the answer is \I don't know. Maybe next week\" or \"I don't know. We are first going to take stock and then an order will be placed\" This is so annoying and a very bad customer experience. They know that all the schools have athletics at the beginning of the year. Why not ensure that there is enough stock of the athletic gear in all the different sizes. Hand out a order form at the schools and have the parents order clothing. That way ensure that you don't sit with redundant stock or tick of your customers."
