De jagers outfitters not what they said what they are

So bad savers of the manager that do not whant to help me with a complain.I had bought na pare of hush puppies by them that i bought 25/05/2019 and a year later this pare crake....so disappointed in their overall savers.....I bought shoes to last me longer than of the rest....Bad .. And selfs hush puppies complains cant help me because de jagers do not whants to help me....
