Bad after sales service

Really bad after sales service where I wanted to exchange school shoes after a week we noticed a defect on one of the shoes we tried to exchange but the store aswell as the area manager wouldnt they made us out to be ***** saying we damaged the shoe.I think its pathetic blaming the customer for a factory defect.Really bad service De jagers Mossel Bay.
