POOR SERVICE AND NO CUSTOMER CARE

I have a judgement against my name instituted by De Jager Kruger & van Blerk, on behalf of Reef Acres Body Corporate. On 09 February 2017 I paid the amount as reflected in the judgment into the account of De Jager Kruger & van Blerk and sent proof of payment to the attorneys and requested that they clear the judgment. Upon following up they advised that they were unable to get hold of the Body Corporate to find out if I owed any more money for them to clear me. They told me to contact Huurkor as they were now responsible for Reef Acres, I tried contacting them unsuccessfully. It is not acceptable anymore to tell me that they are waiting for the Body Corporate to come back to them; how long are they legally required to wait for the response? I have lost job opportunities and cannot buy a car or house because of this judgment. My life cannot be on hold forever, I need a way forward.
