poor employer service

Service of their product is good. For their employees I am not happy because my mom almost burn and they send her to a Doctor today but the doctor just check my mom pulse and said that all the injuries that she is refering to are all in her head and she must return to work tomorrow. I just feel like this was not handled correctly because she did have them the Doctor in Piet Retief x-rays results and they did not ask the Doctor in Ermelo to check everything that she complaining about
