Poor and shoddy workmanship by De Cerff Projects

Disgusted, frustrated and disappointed by De Cerff Projects ( August 2022) We went with De Cerff Projects to repair our pool because on initial contact they were efficient and then when they started on the job it was another story. No communication, extremely poor workmanship, have no qualified workman on the job and owner is never on the job to check what is being done. Should of already seen red flags but gave them the benefit of the doubt but was solely let down. Our copings were laid a week ago and had to be re-lifted because they all came loose. After a week the mosaics have started pulling away from the wall because they had insufficient lacquer coat and now have to get another company to fix them. They skimped on all materials for the job. Highly disgusted and disappointed with the poor and shoddy workmanship. Please do not be caught with the efficient communication on whatsapp with his wife because it is all lies. We have tried to contact them again because they have not completed the job but we have been blocked and they do not answer or respond to any calls. Please be aware.
