DeCerff projects

I bought a pool shell from Advance pools ( great experience! ) and had Decerff projects install in for me. Taureeq was very helpful before getting the order but everything went downhill from there. The discussed level for the pool was ignored and installed on a random height and when he was confronted about it the the excuses started. The base was prepared next and i was told that it was well compacted but when the water was added to the pool it sunk down on one side. the next day the did not fix the floor but instead just lifted the corner back up and put some sand under the corner and quickly started to back fill and when the back filling was done the pool was not even halfway full and off cause the sides bowed in. Long story short the pool is now 20mm out of level on the one side since it dropped down again because of the weight, the back fill sand dropped down by 250mm when water was app****, the pump did not work ( Fixed it myself ) and i had to fix the bowed sides myself. I am not a pool installer but Taureeq De Cerff from DeCerff projects is definitely also not. Please don't be stupid like me rather get someone else that knows what they are doing. PS. Needless to say he is not answering his phone anymore.
