I was involved in a head-on collision on 2nd December 2015 , I received a neck fusion in May 2016 , my claim was settled in August 2019. I first met a Consultant from De Broglios during May 2016 . During the four years that my case was handled never once , not even once did I have to phone or send an e-mail to establish progress on my case .
