Road Accident Fund claim

I was involved in a MVA in 2012 and submitted a claim directly to RAF, who simply rejected my claim on the grounds of my injuries not being serious in their eyes, surprisingly even though not being sent to any specialists to be examined!. I then contacted De Broglio and after a few years of specialist consultations and court appearances i finally won my case against the RAF and they have agreed to compensate me.
