Poor Communication

I am a former De Beers employee with shares granted in a much vaunted empowerment deal. Around July De Beers sent out forms asking if we wished to sell our shares. They did indicate that this was still to be decided on. However despite sending 5 e mails asking for confirmation that my forms had been received, there has been no communication. I have since e mailed the PR executive and info@debeers to no avail. I think the lack of communication is inexcusable.
